This is one of the many true crime series, as a fan I already knew the story of course. Personally I didn't think this was the best series about true crime, especially because it started to get boring, it could have been in one long episode.
What also struck me in this true crime was the incredible bungling of the investigators....

Very bizarre that this case was never solved. I thought the film was brilliant, and this documentary is also definitely worth watching. Although it is quite directive. There are several people who the police thought were the perpetrator, but somehow they were never able to get them together. This documentary wants me to believe that it is irrefutably certain that this is the perpetrator. Which is just an assumption. One of many. But in any case I think it is very much worth watching. I am very interested in this unsolved case. Just like the murder on the Brekelsveld in Rotterdam in 1962. A widow who ran a cigar shop was murdered with her children. Nothing was stolen, purely because of the murder. Also never solved. Extremely sad. But in this case I prefer the film. I think it is excellent, it also leaves the question mark open.
