The Goop Lab plot

In addition to being a movie star, Gwyneth Paltrow is also the founder of a controversial wellness empire. Together with her goop team, she takes a closer look at the workings of energy and other challenging wellness themes. Sticking a hundred needles in your face to look younger, breathing techniques and cold exposure for stress, depression and psychosis, and energy therapy to 'heal faster' are some of the therapies that will be discussed.
