The English actor, comedian and writer Stephen Fry is on a trek through Central America. In Belize, Stephen encounters wounded manatees, an ex-drug addict living on an island, and the indigenous Garifuna people. Then he heads to Guatemala for an ancient ritual, a course in weaving techniques and a chat with a former Miss Guatemala. Stephen accompanies a heart surgeon on his night shift and spends time with the only billionaire in Central America. In Antigua he harvests coffee and notices that Guatemala knows how to distinguish itself through its creativity.
