In 'Big', Richard Hammond goes behind the scenes at the largest structures and machines in the world to gain an insight into the science of 'big'. Richard will investigate how engineers go about building, maintaining and commissioning these superstructures. Each episode features a new location and megastructure that will take Richard around the world, from the world's longest underground railway tunnel to a freighter the size of four football fields.
