Ed Stafford goes on a survival expedition in its purest and rawest form. Without tools, without a knife and even without clothes, he tries to survive in some inhospitable places on earth. The British ex-serviceman - who previously walked down the entire Amazon River and survived 60 days on a desert island - wants to stay at each of these locations for ten days.
