Langs de Maas plot

Huub Stapel follows Europe's most surprising river: the Maas. During his journey along the banks of the Meuse, he shows this river in all its facets: from history to nature, economy, local color and culture. Since his childhood, the actor has felt connected to the river: as a child in Tegelen, Limburg, he swam in the Maas. But what did the river witness? And what history does she carry with her?
