First and Last plot

First and Last follows the emotionally charged first and last day of newcomers and near-term inmates at Gwinnett County Jail in Georgia. For example, Velma and Shantee reflect on their past, Toyea must deal with her anger and it is the Gwinnett County guards who must deal with the practices within the walls of this prison every day.
