Dag Vreemde Man plot
Younes Haidar is the child of a Belgian mother and a Moroccan father. He grew up in a typical Flemish context: he was baptized, went to a white school and participated in the scouts. Most people did not know that he had Moroccan roots. At most, they looked surprised when they heard his name. Now Younes is 32 years old and he is starting to ask more questions about his identity. In order to get answers, Younes drives all over Belgium and Morocco to talk to the most diverse people: from rapping grandmas and Moroccan metalheads to Flemish extremists.
