After winning the LaLiga and Champions League titles in 2022, winning the Yashin Award for Best Goalkeeper at the Ballon d'Or Gala and celebrating his wedding in Cannes with model Mishel Gerzig, Thibaut Courtois was living the best moment of his career and of his personal life. However, two days before the start of the 2023 season, a terrible injury during training turned his dream into a nightmare.
