New York detective and single mother Harlee Santos has become part of a tight-knit group of corrupt cops. She accepts bribes and takes money in exchange for protection, money she uses to make the life of her honest and talented daughter as rosy as possible. But when Harlee is boxed in by the FBI and forced to betray her buddies, her loyalty is severely tested.
