Life plot

Life is about detective Charlie Crews, who spent years in prison for a crime he didn't commit. Now Crews must face the world he left and that left him. Dealing with the changes that happened while he was gone, and trying to put the past behind him, Charlie returns to the job he loves so much. But it's not going to be an easy return as Charlie is co-located with Detective Dani Reese. With Charlie's new outlook on life, and his newfound understanding of the little things, he gains new ideas about crime and strives to regain the life he once had.
