Großstadtrevier plot

District police officer Dirk Matthies, figurehead of police station PK14 in the Hamburg district of St. Pauli, and his colleagues are followed in their daily work. They deal with all sorts of minor offenses such as theft, neighbor disputes, traffic violations and family disputes. In addition, they must also act against more serious offenses in the area around the Reeperbahn, such as prostitution, human trafficking, drugs and violence. Attention is also paid to the private lives of the police officers, with special emphasis on the family interactions of the officers outside of work.
