Year of the Rabbit plot

Year of the Rabbit is set in Victorian London. Central is Detective Inspector Rabbit, an old hand in the trade, who has been through everything once. Together with his partner, who does not like to deviate from the rules, they investigate a local murder case. They are joined by the adoptive daughter of the chief of police, making it the country's first female police officer. Together, the trio must take on street gangs, corrupt politicians, Bulgarian princes and the Elephant Man.
