We follow Uli, a guardian angel who wonders what's the point of what he's doing in the 5511th district. Every day he gets a name from someone he has to protect that day. He comes under the watchful eye of Veterans Greta and Chun and the watchful eyes of Inspector Fred. He must abide by the rules of the Angelus system and if he does not obey he will be punished. But when he breaks the rules and approaches the feminist and forward-thinking Miriam, nothing happens. Is there really no penalty for not following rules?
