Martial Law plot

Sammo Law, a martial arts expert, also turns out to be Shanghai's best cop. He goes to Los Angeles to look for Chen Pei Pei, an undercover cop with whom they have lost contact. Once in Los Angeles, his temporary mission is turned into an ongoing exchange program and he joins the Los Angeles Criminal Brigade. Accompanied by his ward Grace and his new partner Terrell, Sammo fights crime in the City of Angels as he tries to adapt to American culture.
