In Aguascalientes, Mexico, lies the family business Jabones Olimpo (Olimpo Soaps). Jerónimo Ponce III is the company's manager, but he's completely unfit to lead and constantly gets himself into trouble. The staff must deal daily with his lack of leadership, his enormous ego, and the typical Mexican office culture, including the accompanying gossip and hierarchy.
