Kiekens plot
Raymond Kiekens is the ambitious deputy director who cannot wait for the director to retire. When the wait becomes too much for him, he sometimes sends the director on Christmas vacation a week early. Then he can play director himself, much to the annoyance of the teachers. His dream? A school based on the English model with uniforms and a strict hierarchy, the Kiekens College, and with Kiekens at the top, that goes without saying.
