It's a Living plot

We follow the lives of several waitresses who work at the chic restaurant “Above the Top”, which is located on the top floor of the Bonaventure Hotel in Los Angeles. At the helm is Nancy Beebe, who usually has a hard time with her staff. In their already chaotic working environment, there is also room for Sonny Mann, the sarcastic pianist. He regularly makes rude comments to women, who in turn respond to him. The kitchen is the domain of Chef Mario, Dennis Hubner and Howard Miller, who will one day marry Nancy.
