Cybill plot

Middle-aged actress Cybill Sheridan lives in Los Angeles with her two daughters Zoey and Rachel. With aging, it is not always obvious for Cybill to find work. She still has good contacts with her two exes Jeff and Ira. Her best friend is Maryanne Thorpe, an alcoholic and former nurse who became wealthy when she divorced her husband, a wealthy plastic surgeon.
