Bucket plot
Fran is a reluctant high school history teacher who finds herself in a rut. Mim, on the other hand, is an eccentric free spirit who believes that 70 is the new 40. They are mother and daughter, but their relationship is anything but easy. When Mim reveals that she is dying and wants to go on a journey to complete her absurd bucket list, Fran feels she has no choice but to go along.
