Agatha Raisin is a frustrated but endearing middle-aged public relations agent who moved from London to Carsely in the Cotswolds. She sold her PR business in Mayfair and took early retirement. In the Cotswolds, she tries to solve a number of mysteries. It ranges from the death of a local witch to the demise of a flirtatious young vet.
