Rocko's Modern Life plot
Rocko is a walibi who came to America (O-town) from Australia. Here he has to get used to 'modern life'. His bizarre circle of friends includes Heffer, a bull raised by wolves, Filbert, a paranoid tortoise, and Spunky, Rocko's loyal (but not-so-smart) dog. However, his neighbor, Ed Bighead, hates Rocko.
