House of Mouse plot
Mickey Mouse and his friends run a nightclub, where Disney cartoons are shown every night. They are classic films from the thirties, forties and fifties, but also newer films that were previously seen in Mickey Mouse Works. Characters from the countless Disney films are in the audience every night and often play a leading role during an episode.

This series was, of course, too good to be true for kids growing up with Disney. In the Netherlands, this was broadcast on NET5 during school time, so my mother always had to record the episodes on VHS so I could watch them later. The formula is golden: throw all the Disney characters from the movies in one room and let them watch humorous cartoons with Mickey, Donald and Goofy. In any case, I thought it was a fun series and I enjoyed it for many hours. Also from the two films that belonged to this series, Mickey's Magical Christmas: Snowed In at the House of Mouse (2001) - MovieMeter.nl and Mickey's House of Villains (2002) - MovieMeter.nl, I really enjoyed it at the time.
