Kulderzipken plot
King Joseph holds a competition to find a husband for his cheeky daughter Prieeltje. Folk clever Kulderzipken wins the first assignment as if by accident. And King Joseph is not happy about that: he therefore wants Kulderzipken out of his castle as quickly as possible and gets help from the mother of the Devil, who prefers to see her son as the princess's husband. In each episode, Kulderzipken has to complete a new assignment or someone comes to disturb the peace, often with magical powers. In the second volume, King Joseph gives lessons about kingship to the zealous Kulderzipken and rebellious Priel.
