By the middle of the 21st century, humanity has taken over the oceans. The United Earth Oceans (UEO) is founded to protect the seven seas. Nathan Bridger, a top UEO officer who retired to a remote island to study dolphins after the death of his wife, returns to duty when someone attempts to hijack the SeaQuest DSV. As the designer of the high-tech submarine, the most powerful of the UEO, he commands a motley crew of characters.
