Person of Interest plot

Former CIA agent John Reese teams up with a mysterious billionaire, Harold Finch, to prevent violent crimes on their own terms. They do this with the help of 'The Machine', which provides them with the identities of those involved. They are also assisted by detectives Carter and Fusco.

Ondanks dat het seizoen helemaal niet lang duurt, is het behoorlijk langdradig allemaal. Hoewel het begin en het einde van het seizoen prima zijn, hadden de afleveringen in het midden kunnen winnen aan diepgang. Ook zie ik nog maar weinig terug van het daadwerkelijke verhaal waar de serie ooit mee is begonnen, het helpen van mensen. Af en toe zit er een aflevering tussen welke daarin wel slagen, bijvoorbeeld aflevering 11 waar ik mij prima mee heb vermaakt. Al met al een krappe voldoende, ik had er meer van verwacht (gehoopt) voor het laatste seizoen.

Despite the fact that the season is not long at all, it is all quite long-winded. While the beginning and end of the season are fine, the episodes in the middle could have gained in depth. I also see very little of the actual story that started the series, helping people. Every now and then there is an episode in between which succeeds, for example episode 11 which I had a great time with. Overall a tight pass, I expected (hoped) more from it for the final season.

Bij Person of Interest - Seizoen 5: Naar de mijn gevoel is het seizoen niet echt beter geworden of vernieuwend en het einde vond ik wat langdradig en iets wat overdrijven allemaal dat heb ik vaker bij seizoens finales , Echter het Script is wel origineel en er zitten zeker een paar hele goede afleveringen tussen maar er gebeurde net iets teveel van alles op het eind.

In my opinion, the season hasn't really improved or become innovative, and I found the ending a bit long-drawn-out and somewhat overdone—I feel that often with season finales.

However, the script is original and there are certainly a few very good episodes among them, but just a little too much of everything happened at the end.

Correction: This was meant for season 3. I have now started the final season, at EPD 4... and I am pleasantly surprised, and indeed the story has taken a different turn since then and faced many obstacles, but I am pleasantly surprised that there was a reunion again, and I hope the ending concludes well with no loose ends or questions..

Man, what a great show this was
