Burn Notice plot
A 'burn notice' is a kind of resignation letter for spies. If a spy receives a burn notice, he is cut off from all his contacts and resources. Michael Westen gets such a 'burn notice', but it is not clear to him why. He starts out as a freelance spy helping people in need. He gets help from the former IRA terrorist Fiona, the old spy Sam and his mother Madeline.
