Budgie is a small talking helicopter. Together with his girlfriend Pippa, a small airplane, and the tough Chuck, a large helicopter, he lives in a hangar at Hairfield airport. The mustachioed Air Force helicopter Leonard is in charge. They are always ready to help others.
