Lopez vs. Lopez plot
Once estranged father and daughter George and Mayan have reconnected, trying to make up for lost time in between all the troubles. Now that George is back in the picture, he can always be counted on to give Mayan some unconventional parenting advice about her son Chance, while also saving some well-meaning advice for her friend Quintin for good measure. Meanwhile, George also has to deal with his ex-wife Rosie, who hasn't completely forgiven him, but they remain on good terms...mostly.
