Super Crooks plot

As a teenager, Johnny Bolt lived with his mother and hung out with his friend Tom while watching (the fictional) Union of Justice on TV. When he discovers that he can control electricity with his mind, Johnny decides to become the local superhero of the city. But things don't go as planned, and soon Johnny chooses a life of petty crime. Now, after five years in prison, the grown-up Johnny plans to settle in San Francisco with his girlfriend Kasey. But when a friend gets in trouble with the mafia, Johnny assembles a group of super-criminals and devises a plan to rob the planet's richest super-villain to pay off his debts. It's also a chance to make them all rich. But things get complicated, and soon the entire enterprise becomes bigger than they imagined.
