The most maligned and notorious satirical television program of all time, with satirical texts and skits from the very first broadcast that have made the program controversial among the public and politically, as well as leading to national riots and parliamentary questions. Notorious items such as 'Image Religion', when television is ironically revered as a deity, attacks on the royal family as cabaret texts during royal weddings, and political commentary in the form of parody of 'Mies en scene' in which Amsterdam's mayor Van Hall interrogated about recent riots and tensions in his city, the makers were no stranger. The current cabaret program knocked down many a holy house for two and a half years, but was eventually actually chased off the tube.
