In the series, we follow Dr. G who works on unexplained deaths in Florida's Orange and Osceola counties, as well as similar deaths from her previous work as an Associate Medical Examiner in Bexar County, Texas. The series features dramatic reenactments of the events leading up to the person's death, as well as the autopsies. Interviews with Dr. G, relatives and other people related to the deaths are also shown.
