Into the Night plot
The sun inexplicably kills everything in its path. A night flight from Brussels heads west into the dark night to escape the deadly sun. On board: a bunch of 'lucky' passengers and their crew, of various nationalities, rich and poor, young and old, civilian and military. They have one thing in common: the will to survive the sun - and each other. In any way.

Overall... Story has been used before, but this film adaptation is superb. In particular, the roll-out of the various caricatures is exceptionally good. Especially the Belgian... I was annoyed, laughed, irritated at the man, until I realized that he was just playing a part.... If you can still have that effect on me, you are a really good actor!
