Gentbrugge plot

Gentbrugge is a poetic human interest series in which Joris Hessels tries to integrate into his new hometown. At the beginning of July 2019, Joris moved with his newly composed family to Gentbrugge, a borough of Ghent, bordered by the Scheldt and the viaduct of the E17. There are trains and trams, there are city parks and allotments, and you will find a mix of terraced houses, fermettes, Flemish villas and small castles. Over the past six months, Joris went on a voyage of discovery. He took the children to school, went shopping, played petanque, walked in the park or rested on a bench by the Scheldt. And meanwhile he met his fellow villagers.
