M.A.N.T.I.S. plot

Scientist Miles Hawkins is shot and paralyzed. He invents a high-tech harness that allows him to walk again. The armor also gave him superhuman strength and speed. He decides to use his newfound skills to fight off criminals. In addition, he drives a vehicle that can both fly and move under water. He is joined by his old friend, John Stonebrake and the young Taylor Savage. MANTIS' activities are complicated by Lt. Leora Maxwell, who is investigating the vigilante.
