Der Kleine Vampir plot

Anton Bohnsack is a ten-year-old boy who one evening finds a certain Rüdiger in his bedroom. Rüdiger, who appears to be the same age as Anton, claims to be a 146-year-old vampire. Rüdiger declares that a vampire can choose his age and that he and his sister have chosen Anna for their childhood. Anton and Rüdiger become friends, but can only meet at night. The biggest danger for Anton is that the other vampires are not allowed to know that he is human. In addition, the vampires have to watch out for vampire hunters such as Johann Geiermeier, the cemetery handyman. He is on the trail of the vampire family and is about to wipe them out.
