Joe 90 plot

The series takes place around 2012-2013. The protagonist in Joe 90 is a 9-year-old child named Joe McClaine. Joe's adoptive father and computer expert, Professor Ian McClaine, one day invents a machine he calls the BIG RAT, Brain Impulse Galvanoscope Record and Transfer. This BIG RAT can copy knowledge and experience about certain things from the brain of an expert in that field, and transfer it to another person so that that person also becomes an expert. Mac's friend, Sam Loover, a secret agent for the World Intelligence Network, WIN, persuades Mac to let Joe use the machine so he can work for WIN. The reason they want to use Joe for this purpose is because enemy spies will not immediately consider him a threat, as he is only a child.
