Secret Service plot
Kate Henderson is a senior official at MI6. To outsiders, her life seems quite ordinary: she is happily married, has two teenagers, and works for the government. Her real job, however, is leading the secret service's Russia division. When her undercover operations uncover alarming evidence that a high-ranking British politician may be a high-level Russian agent, Kate must race against time to uncover his identity.

You have to force your way through the first part; it's a bit messy and boring. After that, it gets better, and the climax in the final part didn't really come as a surprise, but the conclusion was cleverly conceived with enough starting points for a second season. Not a masterpiece despite the interesting story and the fine cast. The execution, however, could be a bit better.
