Experienced and successful chef Michael suddenly has to defend his position with the arrival of a new sous chef, Naja. She introduces new initiatives to modernize the restaurant's work environment, hierarchy, and gender equality. But perhaps she's also eyeing the head chef position herself. Michael and Naja become embroiled in a battle for rank, titles, and power. During this struggle, old, dark secrets come to light, putting the restaurant's future at risk.
