Born to Be Wild plot

Born to Be Wild follows six remarkable animals over several years as they grow up in our world, but are destined to return to their native habitat. Each episode features a different young, endangered animal reclaiming its homeland in an effort to save the species and change the face of our planet. Using the latest camera and tracking technology, the series follows the astonishing journeys of a savanna elephant calf, two young cheetahs, a ring-tailed lemur cub, a moon bear cub, Iberian lynx cubs, and orphaned African penguins, from birth or the first few months of their lives to their release into the wild and beyond.
