The Mayor plot
Courtney Rose is a struggling hip-hop artist. To promote his music career, he runs for mayor of his hometown of Fort Grey, California. When he is actually elected mayor, he surprises everyone (including himself). He proves to have a natural talent for the job and slowly transforms City Hall.
