De Week van Merijn plot

This satirical series features comedian and actor Merijn Scholten, in various guises, taking viewers on a slightly absurdist journey through the zeitgeist that confuses him. The many different characters, from across the country, experience the world and the week, combining events from that week and the zeitgeist, each in their own way: often in a semi-documentary and sometimes tragic way. Through them, the viewer experiences some commentary from Scholten himself.
