Each episode, Jan J. de Bom, the owner of a toy store who would rather have become a ballet dancer, Hein Gatje, the royal postman and Titia Rabbit, the violent social worker, deal with the problems about which children write letters. The problems are dealt with through skits, songs and experiences of experts.
