After a three-year coma, Adam wakes up in the hospital, the only patient. A mysterious girl gives him an empty book as a gift. The same thing happens to Hawa when she goes looking for a notebook in which the care teacher at her new school wants her to write down her thoughts. The two soon realize that they cannot read their own notes in the book, but they can read the other's. Through the book they get to know each other and together they discover that something serious is wrong with all sixteen-year-olds. Can Hawa, Adam and their friends help solve the problems? And will they ever really meet?
