The Game plot
Huw Miller is a detective still haunted by the one case he couldn’t solve: a stalker who plagued his city, mercilessly toying with his victims before eventually killing them. As Huw tries to settle into retirement, the case is never far from his mind – and when his new neighbour, Patrick Harbottle, moves in and utters the chilling phrase “goodbye” – the signal the stalker used to tease Huw during the investigation – Huw is determined that he has finally caught his man.

"The Game" continues. In fact, you could make another twenty seasons this way. The story of this second season is also completely improbable, but the tension is once again present from beginning to end. I actually found it slightly better than the first season. An interesting player is added to the game: the prison guard Jackie, portrayed excellently by Tanya Franks. Plenty of plot twists with a few well-placed surprises. The cliffhanger at the end is even bigger than in the first season; so keep watching!
