Bolke de Beer plot

Children's series in which we follow the adventures of the bear Bolke, who escapes from the circus to start a new, free life in the forest. In his search for a place to stay, he ends up with the hare family Buizer, who give him shelter. Bolke quickly becomes best friends with the children Polle and Makkie. The other animals of the Veluwe also become his friends, such as the deer Rosientje, the hedgehog Drubbiebu and the chickeny old mole. Melis the monkey has also escaped from the circus, just like Bolke. Bolke also gets along well with the fox Vlens, despite his antics. In the course of the series, Dorus Das, an explorer, also comes to live in the forest, as well as his sister Olke.
