Wizzy & Woppy plot

Every day when pet seller Mr. Bram closes his shop, mice Wizzy and Woppy come out of their cage to really turn things upside down. They do this together with Dongo the turtle and Kasha the parrot. What they tell each other during their antics is not really clear. Because they speak their own gibberish language.
