Grant Amato, a 29-year-old man, was found guilty of murdering his father, mother and brother in their Florida home in 2019. DP Colin Archdeacon describes how Amato was thrown into chaos after discovering livestream cam models performing erotic acts online perform in exchange for money. Amato immediately fell in love with Silvie, a Bulgarian cam woman. In a desperate attempt to keep Silvie's attention, Amato reinvented himself online and created a confident alter ego with a lot of money by stealing $200,000 from his family in the months leading up to the murders. Archdeacon exposes a story of digital addiction, loneliness and a distorted reality that leads to obsession, deception and ultimately murder.
