De Avonturen van Kruimeltje plot

Kruimeltje, now 10 years old, was given up to Mother Koster as a baby and does not know who or where his parents are. As a stray boy, he sleeps on the street more often than with Mother Koster in the 'alcoof living room'. Yet there is something to do every day in the harbor, Wilkes' shop and at the commissary with his scepter. The rascal catches criminals, leads a rebellion against alcohol abuse, organizes a crazy fancy dress party during a concert and starts a flourishing trade in self-picked roses. In the meantime, Kruimeltje also makes other people's lives a lot more pleasant. Everyone wants him to find his father and mother again one day, but whether he will succeed...
