The last season of this feminist correct Amélie Poulain in New York. Just like in the previous season, the series skips between happy, sugary relationship troubles and hard satire. This must also be the season in which mistakes take the full brunt of men. Like in 'Party Monster: Scratching the Surface', in which a DJ Fingablast makes a kind of 'Making a Murderer' about the cult leader (Jon Hamm) Kimmy had so much to do with. Or the grim #metoo spoof in which Mr Frumpus forces nervous actors to touch a hand puppet's cock mouse during auditions. Only to then mercilessly reject them for the new role. Incidentally, it's really strong, but the regular characters ultimately have few interesting storylines. Fuss around a tech startup. Kimmy writes a children's book and is traumatized. Titus directs school drama, writes a pilot for a TV series and is still trying to get Mikey back. Jacqueline has to deal with her new economic situation and Lilian is still at war with gentrification. Perhaps the one-off episode "Sliding Van Doors" - in which all the characters suddenly relate differently due to their alternate destinies - is a nicer series finale than the actual ending. I get the feeling that the writers didn't really know what to do with the characters either and only put in as many pop culture references as possible.
